I have a 7 year old and arae looking for a bike her size.
She is about 3'11" and wieghts about 55 pounds.

I’d go to a bike shop and have her stand over frames. She is either a 16 or a 20 but the only way to really tell how comfortable she is going to be on it is to go try.
Craigslist.com, find your city and get looking…u can even post that u are looking for that..
also, check ur local newspaper, i always see those located by me.

You could try walmart online and also fingerhut.com is nice website to buy things and they have nice mountain bikes.
