Most of it! Most of the best British rides are up north (a pain for us londoners).
The best magazine I find for finding trails is MBR (Moutain Bike Rider) who have a pull out guide to a number of "killer loops" in each issue. Rather than focusing solely on bikes as such, they put a lot of emphasis on RIDING them!
Pick up a copy and see what you find, this months copy has routes in The Peak District, Lake District, Whitby, Yorkshire Dales, N Yorks Moors – some are described, others have pull out maps.
