get one of those prepaid credit cards from Wally world that is all you need or go online and apply for a credit card or try for a pay pal card from Ebay…I believe RS will take an over the phone check order if you call them….They used to do this

some can let you use debit maybe. like your bank card.
Honestly I would not buy a bike online the reason being that you would want to try the bike out before you buy it.
If I were you I would try and find the model at a local bike shop and buy it there.
