This seems like an easy question but I have exhaused my options trying to get a mountain bike delivered from up North to way down south (UK).

I have tried all the usual supects who can not collect and deliver a bike. Or the couriers who do deliver want to chardge me nearly half as much as the bikes worth!

Does anyone have any sugestions?

I am willig to pay upto £30 not 50/60.

Many thanks in advance.

  1. Have OCC build you a custom and have it delivered by Paul SR as a tribute show across the pond.

Parcel force should do it for less than that, did u try them?

  3. Definitely ParcelForce. You’ll need to pack the bike in a box before you send it though. You should be able to get a cardboard bike box from your local bike shop, they shouldn’t charge you for it, they just throw them away anyway.

The 48 hour service will probably cost about £15 – £20, and a few pounds more for 24 hour.

You can arrange it all on their website:

I’ve used them a few times and found them very reliable.
