I would like to adjust my mountain bike frame to have it fit me perfectly. What parts of my body I should measure and what to do with my bike frame? My frame's made of carbon fiber and titanium.

You can’t adjust the frame, you can only adjust the seat post height, so it doesn’t matter what kind of bike you have or what it’s made of. You should be able to easily stand over the frame, with plenty of clearance over the top bar, and your feet should be able to touch the ground. If you have little or no stand-over clearance, you need to go with a bike with a smaller frame size. If you adjust the seat post and have to raise it, be sure you don’t raise it past the maximum height. (There is a line near the base of the bar.) If you have a short seat post, you can probably ask a bike shop if they have a longer post.

Get thee to a bike shop and get fitted! It is worth the extra time and effort.

Many bike shops have what is called a "Fit Kit", I myself have used one and it dialed me in perfectly on my two bikes.
