i have a mongoose bike and its really slow with flat tires how do i pump it?

Whenenver i pump my tire, it still seems flat so i tihnk there is a hole on my tires

how do i replace the tires? do i go to walmart or somewhere to replace it or what

    Go to a bike shop and bring your bike they will give u what you need.
