i want to get a light but inexpensive good hardtail mountain bike frame for my xc riding and dirt jumping can someone recomend me some good frames and companys. thanks

Most hardtail aluminum frames are about the same, and are built by only a few manufacturers, so I’d go for price if I were you, and spend my money on quality components.
Bike Nashbar’s house brand frame is quite a bargain, and they are running a sale right now. Also check out Bike Island, where you can get a pretty good aluminum frame for just over a hundred bucks.
