You can buy it from http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fs%3Fie%3DUTF8%26rs%3D3375251%26ref%255F%3Dsr%255Fnr%255Fp%255F36%255F3%26keywords%3DMountain%2520Bike%26bbn%3D3375251%26qid%3D1247987442%26rnid%3D386589011%26rh%3Dn%253A3375251%252Cn%253A%25213375301%252Ck%253AMountain%2520Bike%252Cp%255F36%253A10000-20000&tag=189-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390957
ummm – gee. Maybe you can get one used off of Craigslist or similar, but for 200 bucks at Walmart or Target you are going to get what you pay for, Reality is you will spend around 400 to 500 for a decent starter mtb – look for something from Trek, Specialized, or Gary Fischer. In that price range you are looking at hardtails, but you can buy something that will last for you, and you can always upgrade components down the line,
You wont find anything decent for $200 the only bikes that cheap are Walmart and other department store bikes. Those bikes are junk and wont last long. A good beginner bike will cost $300 – $500
You are wrong about prices. $400 is entry level in quality mountain bikes, as long as you only want suspension in the front. If you are thinking about suspension at both ends, you will pay almost twice as much for a good bike. The only way to get a good bike at the price you want to pay is to find a lightly use second hand bike.
mountain biking is a pretty pricey sport, so you should check craigslist for a used one you could problly get an alright hardtail for 350 maybe at least. good luck

Try to find a bike with as many shimano components as are available on bikes in your price range. Then take this bike to a bike shop or any bike mechanic to get it tuned up properly. The best bike is one that is working properly and all cables are lubed and tight. All new bikes need a tune up after the first week or two as all steel cables do and will stretch.
Never buy a bike with caliper style brakes[they look like a horseshoe].
These brakes should be called slowing down devices, not brakes because if you cannot lock them up then they are weak and insufficient for a safe riding environment..
Yeah, only pros and elite cyclists need bikes that cost more than $200.
