does anyone know of any good mountain bike courses, maintenance, repair etc
i dont mean courses as in trails etc, i mean courses as in educational

mountain biking i love it being in Manchester i always go the the pen-nines and take my specialised GT you can go anywhere and everywhere (take a compass!) oh and a phone!!!
