i forgot to ask the guy the exact name of it. but on the front under the logo it says VP-A74F. i bought it for 0. is that a good price?

That # is for the headset you have on the bike, it is the part # only it means little to nothing and if you bought this bike at a dept store, take it back, It will get you hurt especially if you bought it new! Now if this bike is not Dept store junk and you bought it second hand you could potentially have something here but I believe my first guess is the right one?!
