I am looking for a mountain bike to try and rehab my body from terrible sports injury. I don't really have a clue about mountain bikes so I am looking for help? I give best answer asap thanks!

It all depends on what type of riding you intend to do off road or a mixture as well as how much you would like to spend. Have a look at Marins they are very good but not cheap but you get what you pay for.
Try any of the local bike shops. Don’t get one from a department store.
