Most likely a 16-18" frame. Most companies call this a "medium."
If you’re just getting into it, try to buy a used hard tail. I recommend checking Craigslist.
Stand in front of the seat, straddling the bar with your feet flat on the ground. You should have about 2-5" of clearance, allowing a little more if you’re a harder rider, or just prefer a smaller frame. It will probably end up 17-18 inches, but you need to try them on while you’re shopping for a bike.
