Paintwork and transfer stickers can be included in the weight but everything else including dirt must be disregarded in the calculations. Spare bikes must not be included either - only the frames which were being used when the race started on the first day can be included.
Please break the figure down into ounces.

    176 riders started the prologue.

    So we’ll have to assume most of the other guys were around a kilo too.

    So that’s 176 kilo’s, and Google converts that to 6,208.2173 ounces. Give or take.

    their bikes are so light, I’m guessing about 12ounces!
