    Just look for a bike with Vee Brakes and SR Suntour forks. They’re one of the cheapest components that manufacturers use, making the bike alot less expensive than if they used Hydraulic Disc Brakes and Fox forks. So by buying a bike with the Vee Brakes and the SR Suntour forks, it gives you scope when you have more money to upgrade to Disc Brakes and a better set of forks. Making the bike overall cheaper because it get’s upgraded over time.
    That’s what I do all the time when I want a cheap bike. And now, after all the upgrades i’ve done. I got my bike valued at about £1500. I bought it for £400.
    And look out for deals in biking magazines such as MBUK.
