i am looking at buying a new mountain bike but not sure what to get.
i am thinking of getting a viper fat boy it is going at £259 reduced from £499

The ’09 bikes are starting to arrive now so an ’08 spec Specialized Hardrock can be had for £250. I ran one for a year and I really liked it. Some of the components broke/bent etc but that’s gonna happen when riding a cheap MTB offroad so I don’t really blame Specialized for that

if you are thinking about the Viper FatBoy, then i take it you are looking for a dirt Jump bike, i would not suggest the Viper, but wouldnt say no either, because that is a bargain at the price. if you are looking for hardtail bikes, then take a look on Halfords website, Cycles UK, and other places like that, where you could actually look at the bike before you buy it.
