Where is Cebu? Not sure what you are looking for exactly. If you are just looking for ‘cheap’ and not concerned about quality then I agree with the other poster – you could go to a big chain and negotiate a bulk purchase. Alternatively, you may want to contact some manufacturers directly and see what you can hammer out. I would caution though – cheap without decent quality always has you paying more in the long run.
